RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your FEELING SALTY items as much as we do, however we understand online shopping can be a little tricky at times, and that your purchase may not be suitable.

Please read through our returns policy carefully as by placing an order with FEELING SALTY, you have agreed to our returns policy. You can lodge your return request through our Return Portal. Returns are processed within 5 business days of arriving to FEELING SALTY HQ, and a confirmation email detailing your return will be sent immediately. Our policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

***FEELING SALTY reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn, washed, dry-cleaned or damaged in any way or have any form of tanning product, make up product, excessive hair or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender by the customers expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund or credit note.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS 
Return must be lodged through our Return Portal & Accepted prior returning; 
The return must be made within 14 days of receiving your order for all Australian Customers; We will use your tracking information as your receipt date. 
The items are unworn and in a saleable condition; the items have not been altered, washed, dry cleaned or soiled; and 
The swing tag and any other applicable packaging must be attached.

FEELING SALTY may decline your return due to the reasons listed below: 
Your return did not meet the above condition requirements 
Parcel was returned without a Return Authorisation (RA) number

Your items will undergo thorough inspection by our returns team. Any declined parcels will be returned at the customers expense, and will only be held for a maximum of 90 days before the item is discarded.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 
Return must be lodged through our Returns Portal & Accepted prior returning; 
The return must be made within 30 days of receiving your order for all International Customers; We will use your tracking information as your receipt date. 
The items are unworn and in a saleable condition; The items have not been altered, washed, dry cleaned or soiled; and the swing tag and any other applicable packaging must be attached.

RETURN POSTAGE 
Please note, all Australian and International Customers will need to cover the cost of their return parcels on their way back to FEELING SALTY. We recommend using a traceable method of shipping to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.

REFUNDS: CREDIT CARD & PAYPAL 
Only full priced items are eligible for a full refund to the amount of the item. The initial shipping fee of your order will not be refunded if the order has been successfully delivered. Returned orders will be processed within 1-5 business days of the arrival date to FEELING SALTY HQ. Please allow 3-7 business days for the funds to return to the Credit Card, or PayPal account they originated from.

At FEELING SALTY we do not price-match or offer any refund for the difference in price for any promotional sale or any further reduced items after an online order has been placed.

AFTERPAY REFUNDS 
FEELING SALTY currently offers AfterPay to Australian and New Zealand Customers only.

If you have opted to purchase via AfterPay, FEELING SALTY will return the funds to AfterPay who will in turn process your refund. Your personal agreement with AfterPay will stand during this process and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments until the refund has been processed by AfterPay.

Any previous payments via AfterPay will bounce back into your account within 1-5 business days, depending on which bank you are with. All future payments will be cancelled. 

Prior to every debit, AfterPay will contact you via email and SMS to let you know of your upcoming debit. If you fail to make a payment on the debit date, you will be charged a late fee of $10 and if still overdue, a further $7 the following week. If you return an item to us that has had a late fee applied, we are unable to reimburse you for this.

***If there may be an issue with your original payment method, you must notify our customer care team prior to making your return at customercare@feelingsalty.com.au in order to organise alternative refund arrangements. Any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account due to FEELING SALTY not being notified are completely out of our control and FEELING SALTY will not be held responsible.

CREDIT NOTES 
All sale and further reduced items (including orders purchased with a discount code or promotional code during promotional periods) are only eligible for a FEELING SALTY credit note valid for 12 months from the date your return arrives back to us. The initial shipping fee of the order will not be included if the order has been successfully delivered.

Please note, if you have opted to purchase your sale/promotional/discounted item via AfterPay, your personal agreement with AfterPay will still stand and you will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.

GIFT CARDS 
Gift Cards are valid for 3 years (36 months) from the date of purchase and may be purchased electronically or sent in a gift envelope (+ shipping) or both - to yourself or the recipient. Gift Cards are non-refundable. Any purchase made using a FEELING SALTY Gift Card may be returned within 14 days of receiving for a ‘credit note’ only. The ‘credit note’ will be added back to your gift card - excluding shipping costs incurred, and will expire on the original date of the initial gift card.

If your gift card happens to be stolen, misplaced or lost, please contact FEELING SALTY Immediately. We will cancel your original gift card and replace your lost or stolen gift card. The replacement gift card will include the total value remaining on your lost gift card, and will expire on the original date of the initial gift card. Replacement Gift Cards are not renewed and therefore are not extended in expiry.

EXCHANGES 
We are unable to offer exchanges for any returned items. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.

CANCELLATIONS 
Please contact customercare@feelingsalty.com.au if you need to cancel your online order. You must include the information outlined below in your email to ensure we can process your cancellation efficiently:

Please note that orders that have been shipped, or have surpassed the shipping time frame cannot be cancelled. 
All orders placed before 11:59am AEST, will be dispatched the same business day. 
All orders placed after 12:00pm AEST, will be dispatched the following business day. 
Eg. If you place your order at 9:00am AEST on Monday, and do not contact us to cancel before 12:00pm AEST on Monday, assume your order has been shipped (implied).

FAULTY, MISSING & INCORRECT ITEMS 
If you believe your have received a faulty product, please send through clear images of the fault for FEELING SALTY to review at customercare@feelingsalty.com.au 
Should a product be deemed faulty upon assessment, all efforts will be made to replace or repair your item. If we are unable to offer this, a refund will be issued for the value of the item. All claims need to be made to us within 14 days of delivery for Australian Customers and 30 days of delivery for International Customers.

EXTENDED RETURNS - CHRISTMAS PERIOD 
If you make a purchase as a gift for Christmas from the 1st of December to the 22nd of December, you are more than welcome to return your order up until the 31st of January. This is true for both Australian & International Customers.

EXTRA INFO 
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to FEELING SALTY. FEELING SALTY will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit. 
Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where FEELING SALTY may have made an error.
