RETURN PORTAL

Return must be lodged through our Returns Portal & Accepted prior returning. Please ensure that the below criteria are met prior to submitting your return request. 

FEELING SALTY reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn, washed, dry-cleaned or damaged in any way or have any form of tanning product, make up product, excessive hair or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender by the customers expense. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund or credit note.

Any declined parcels will be returned at the customers expense, and will only be held for a maximum of 90 days before the item is discarded.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS 

  • Return must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Items are in original conditions (unworn, saleable conditions; not altered, not washed, dry cleaned or soiled)
  • The swing tag and any other applicable packaging must be attached.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Items are in original conditions (unworn, saleable conditions; not altered, not washed, dry cleaned or soiled)
  • The swing tag and any other applicable packaging must be attached.

REFUND

Only full priced items are eligible for a full refund to the amount of the item. The initial shipping fee is non-refundable.

CREDIT NOTE

All sale and further reduced items (including orders purchased with a discount code or promotional code during promotional periods) are only eligible for a FEELING SALTY credit note valid for 12 months from the date your return arrives back to us.
