SHIPPING POLICY

Please read through our policy carefully as by placing an order with FEELING SALTY, you have agreed to our shipping policy and return policy.

  •  All orders placed before 11:59am AEST, will be dispatched the same business day. 
  •  All orders placed after 12:00pm AEST, will be dispatched the following business day. 
  • Tracking information is sent via email between 3:00pm - 4:00pm AEST on the day your order is shipped out.

1-5 DAYS: AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS SHIPPING (AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS ONLY) 
We charge a flat rate of $5 AUD for all domestic orders. Free Shipping is offered to all orders placed that exceed the amount of $150 AUD after any promotional/discount codes are applied. FEELING SALTY ships all Domestic orders Australia wide via Australia Post Express Service. Once you have received email confirmation that your order has been dispatched, you should expect to receive your brand new FEELING SALTY items to your door within 1-5 business days, depending on your postal location. This applies to all orders with items that are currently in stock, and excludes Pre-Order Styles.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your tracking number please contact us at customercare@feelingsalty.com.au and we will track & trace your parcel for you!

Please ensure the address provided is 100% correct prior to finalising your order — if there is an error, this could prolong the delivery timeframe. If a change of address is made directly with your local post office or AUSPOST, FEELING SALTY will not be held responsible for any lost or mis-delivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with FEELING SALTY via our Customer Care team prior to your order being shipped.

If an error within the shipping address was made during the checkout process by the customer (Eg. Incorrect or Incomplete Address), FEELING SALTY reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $5 AUD (Australia Post Express Service).

Australia Post Express Service covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. This service operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas ‘guaranteed service’ is 'to' and 'from' townships only.

If your FEELING SALTY items are for an address outside of the Express Post network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links to have your order arrive to you swiftly. However, this will no longer be covered by the next business day guarantee.

All orders require signature upon delivery. If 'authority to leave' is selected, FEELING SALTY will not be liable for any loss or damage to the parcel. FEELING SALTY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit. The shipping cost for all orders is non refundable.

8-15 DAYS: DHL INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS) 
We charge a flat rate of $20 AUD for all standard international orders. Free Standard International Shipping is valid for orders that total $150 AUD or greater, after any promotional or discount codes are applied, excluding the cost of shipping. FEELING SALTY ships all International Standard orders via DHL International Standard. Once you have received email confirmation that your order has been dispatched, you should expect to have your brand new FEELING SALTY items to your door within 8-15 business days, depending on your postal location and distance from Australia. This applies to all orders with items that are currently available, and excludes Pre-Order Styles.

Please note that the shipping time frames listed do not include customs processing delays, which are unfortunately out of out control. Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays on both ends.

2-5 DAYS: DHL INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS SHIPPING (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS) 
We charge a flat rate of $35AUD for all Express International orders. Free Shipping over a certain amount is not offered with Express International Shipping Services. FEELING SALTY ships all International Express orders via DHL International Express. Once you have received email confirmation that your order has been dispatched, you should expect to have your brand new FEELING SALTY items to your door within 2-5 business days, depending on your postal location and distance from Australia. This applies to all orders with items that are currently available, and excludes Pre-Order Styles.

PO Boxes will not be accepted - if you select express international shipping and your order is addressed to a PO Box it will be delayed from shipment while we organise an alternate address with you. FEELING SALTY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES 
Please be aware that your local customs office may apply additional charges, import tax & duty fees to your goods upon arrival into your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges must be paid in full by the recipient prior to release of the parcel. For more information on these charges we advise that you contact your local customs department as charges vary from country to country.

Taxes & Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they were made.

Should you refuse delivery or payment of duties and taxes, your parcel will be returned to FEELING SALTY and a credit note valid for 12 months will be issued only. The customer is then responsible for the original shipment charges incurred to FEELING SALTY, any import fees on the package, cost of goods if damaged or destroyed, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your total credit note.

*** Please note that the international shipping costs that FEELING SALTY provide do not reflect the cost of return shipping from countries outside of Australia. It is the responsibility of the customer to enquire about the cost of return shipping from their country back to Australia. This fee is not covered by FEELING SALTY. PRE ORDERS 
If you wish to order a pre order style, your order will not be shipped immediately. All items in your order that are currently available and in-stock will be dispatched immediately. The estimated shipping time frame for our pre-order styles will be located in the Product Description of the pre-order style, and on your order invoice. We are unable to provide the exact shipping date, however we will be in touch with you if we are to expect delays. Once your pre-order style arrives, the item will be shipped separately and confirmation will be sent to you via email. We are unable to cancel any pre orders unless FEELING SALTY has offered the cancellation to you.

 

SHIPPING DELAYS DURING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS & SALE PERIODS 
At FEELING SALTY, we endeavour to ship all orders the same or following business day. However due to the high volume of orders we receive during public holidays & sale periods, there may be small delays. Please allow up to 4 additional business days for your order to be dispatched during these periods. Our dispatch centre is closed during NSW Public Holidays — further information on these public holidays can be found here.
