FEELING SALTY is a trading name of TIFFANY SIMONOVSKI, a company incorporated in Australia under business number (ABN) 50 244 280 794. The registered address is Villa 2, 10 Homedale Crescent, Connells Point, NSW 2221.

On occasion, we may need to alter our Terms & Conditions. FEELING SALTY reserves the right to update and change the Terms & Conditions without notice, by amending, adding or subtracting information from this page. We do suggest that you read over this regularly to become familiar with our agreement before placing an order with us to ensure you are aware of our most up to date Terms & Conditions.

1. Disclaimer of Liability 
1.1. You are responsible for reading our Terms and Conditions prior to placing your order with us. FEELING SALTY holds no liability outside of our Terms and Conditions & Company Policy.

1.2. FEELING SALTY will not provide any warranty, either express or implied relating to our website in respect of the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose or legality of any information accessed using this Site; subject to any rights you have under any consumer protection law or any other laws that cannot be excluded.

1.3. At FEELING SALTY, we take the utmost care in the functionality of our site and ensuring that our site is free of any virus. However, we are not liable for any damage to your computer system(s) and all electronic devices, should this be connected to our website or any linked website.

1.4. Total Liability of FEELING SALTY for defective goods, under no circumstance will exceed; the replacement of the Product(s) or the supply of equivalent Product(s), the repair of the Product(s), the payment of the cost of replacing the Product(s) or of acquiring equivalent Product(s), or the payment of the cost of having the Product(s) repaired only (under no circumstance would the cost of repair exceed the initial amount paid for Product(s).

1.5. FEELING SALTY warrants no liabilities for loss, stolen, damaged parcels once you provide ‘Authority to Leave’ for any orders shipped from FEELING SALTY to you.

1.6 FEELING SALTY holds no liabilities for any lost, stolen, damaged or delayed parcels that are redirected by you with any logistic company or third party logistics.

2. Intellectual Property/Trademarks 
2.1. The FEELING SALTY website and content (without limitation to; all written material, imagery, videography & audio) are exclusive property of FEELING SALTY and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress & other laws, unless otherwise stated. 

2.2. FEELING SALTY is an Australian based fashion house and all products & services displayed within the site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

2.3. Except as permitted under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), you are not permitted to copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or display any of the information on this website without our prior written permission.

2.4. Under no circumstance are you permitted to frame or utilise framing techniques to enclose any of our trademarks, logos or other proprietary information without prior written consent.

2.5. Under no circumstance are you permitted to commercially exploit any material obtained from the FEELING SALTY site.

2.6. You are authorised to view, play and print documents, audio and videography found on FEELING SALTY for personal, informational and non-commercial purposes. You may not modify any of the materials and you may not copy, distribute, perform, reproduce, publish, licence or sell any information or work contained on the website: subject to applicable copyright laws.

2.7 FEELING SALTY reserves the right to all additions to our Site (including but not restricted to: comments, feedbacks, ideas or suggestions) for any commercial or non-commercial purpose. We will not be obligated to provide any compensation to you or any other individual who has transmitted your comments. We will not be liable for any similarities with any addition to our Site, including use of comments for promotional or commercial use.

3. Payment Terms 
3.1. FEELING SALTY will not dispatch any online orders until payment has been received and processed. Any orders pending payment will automatically be cancelled within 30 days if no payment has been processed. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the available funds prior to placing an order.

3.2. FEELING SALTY reserves the right to request for further identification including and not restricted to Licence and Identification to prevent any possible fraudulent activity.

3.3. By placing an online order with FEELING SALTY, you are in agreement for us to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks by disclosing necessary personal information to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency which may keep a record of that information.

3.4. FEELING SALTY offers cancelation for your online order until it has been shipped or has surpassed the shipping time frame. Please ensure you have read our Return Policy before placing an online order with us.

3.5 FEELING SALTY under no circumstance is obligated to and will not price-match or refund any items that are further reduced or discounted (including but not restricted to promotional sale periods) after order has been made.

3.6 Unless otherwise stated, all promotional codes in FEELING SALTY are non-compatible and can not be used in conjunction with other discount or promotional codes.

3.7 FEELING SALTY endeavours to ensure all prices that have been listed on our Site are accurate. However, if the price of the merchandise is incorrect within your order, we reserve the right to cancel your order for you to repurchase at the correct price.

Please ensure you have read our Privacy Policy before placing an online order with us.

5. Delivery Terms 
5.1. Once order has been placed with FEELING SALTY, an order confirmation email will be automatically sent to the email address registered. This email is only an acknowledgement and will not constitute as acceptance of your order. Please add the FEELING SALTY email in your contact address book to ensure our emails are not directed to your spam/junk mail or blocked by your fire wall.

5.2. Your order is accepted by FEELING SALTY once the shipping confirmation email is received to your inbox. We are not obliged to supply any merchandise to you until your order has been accepted.

5.3. Until the order has been accepted by FEELING SALTY, we reserve the right to decline or cancel your order. Once your order has been cancelled, the refund will be promptly issued back to the means of your original payment method.

5.4. Once an order has been placed, you acknowledge and agree that any individual at the Delivery Address who receives the Product(s) is authorised by you to receive your order. If no-one is available to collect your order at the time that it is delivered, Australia Post will leave written instructions on how you can collect your order from the nearest AusPost Office and/or DHL will notify of their redelivery.

5.5. All orders require a signature upon delivery. If 'authority to leave' has been selected, FEELING SALTY will not be liable for any loss or damage to the parcel. FEELING SALTY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

6. Product Information & Warranties 
6.1. At FEELING SALTY we strive to provide you with accurate product descriptions and images that reflect our products accurately. Images are provided for illustrative purposes and we can not guarantee an accurate representation of the colours reflected. In the instance that information provided in the product description may be inaccurate, we reserve the right to correct and amend any error or omission. FEELING SALTY is not liable to provide any refunds or reimbursements for inaccurate product description and/or images.

7. Faulty Products 
7.1. FEELING SALTY pieces are only deemed as Faulty if the goods were received damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of delivery date. Items that are damaged through wear and tear are not considered as faulty: this includes pulls in fabric, items treated against the care instructions, pilling in fabric, bleach stains, sun damage or failure to take reasonable care. Any faulty items will either be replaced by the same style and size within your proof of purchase or repaired with our manufacturers back to original condition. Should FEELING SALTY fail to replace or repair your faulty item, a full refund will then be issued.

8.1. Our Site may include hyperlinks to other websites and the links are provided for convenience only. FEELING SALTY holds no responsibility for the content and maintenance of or privacy compliance by any linked website.

8.2. Any hyperlink contained within FEELING SALTY does not imply our
endorsement, support, or sponsorship of the operator of that website nor of the information and/or products which they provide, unless otherwise stated.

8.3. Under no circumstance is linking of our website permitted without prior written consent. FEELING SALTY reserves the right to serve you with notice if we are aware of such linking.

You agree to indemnify and hold us and our related entities, affiliates and our and their respective officers, agents, and employees - harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, proceedings, losses and damages (actual, special and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including reasonable, legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your breach of any law or the rights of a third party.

Actual: notice delivered in such a way as to give legally sufficient assurance that actual knowledge of the matter has been conveyed to the recipient.

Affiliates: a person or organisation official attached to a larger body or enterprise.

Business Day: a day which is not a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday in NSW Australia.

Consequential: also referred to as special damages; are damages that can be proven to have occured because of the failure of one party to meet a contractual obligation.

Content: the things and materials that are held or included within FEELING SALTY.
